| Milton Jeffries, Allana Hines and David ? School District Art Contest Winners - Pastel drawing by David This Photo and the Next were published in two local newspapers. Each Contest winner received their award during a ceremony held at the Los Angeles Country branch library (corner of Hawthorne and Lennox Blvd next to the Sheriff Station. A week or so later the contestants received copies of the photos.
